Sample Booth Budget

Come back beginning in June for information on the  2014 Conference, meanwhile enjoy a retrospective look at the 2013 Conference.

While the cost of exhibiting will be different for each company, the sample booth budgets below show what a company might expect to pay to reserve space and build a display on the OFC/NFOEC exhibit floor. These figures should in no way be considered absolute pricing. Nor are these comprehensive lists--rates for shipping, promotions/advertising, accommodations, daily expenses, and travel must also be considered.

Note that estimates and rates are based on Advance Order Deadlines. Please consult your 2013 Exhibitor Service Manual or the Exhibitor Service Center for exact rates and deadlines. 

Additionally, booth furnishing rates do not include sales tax.
