New FREE Exhibitor Invites Program

The OFC/NFOEC Exhibitor Invites Program allows you to send a nicely-designed html email campaign of up to three different emails to all of your customers and prospects, letting them know what you’ll be doing at the show, and offering them free registration to the show.  It’s super-fast, super-easy, and there is absolutely no charge for you to use this tool!  It will only take you 20-30 minutes, and you’ll have a complete pre-show marketing campaign, ready to go!

Invite your customers to register for a FREE Exhibits Pass Plus, which will enable them to visit you in your booth--and also attend the plenary session, Market Watch, Service Provider Summit, and other show floor events and activities. Drive business to your booth, and provide a valuable service to your customers!  Information will be sent to you later this year.

Participate in the First News program – your opportunity to give press and analysts advance information on your corporate announcements leading up to and during the show. In addition to sending just the news, OFC/NFOEC has partnered with leading technology analysts to review your announcements and provide members of the press with an actual analysis of the industry trends and technologies that will be debuted during the conference. The PR Team will then distribute First News to press and analysts to use while writing their pre-show coverage and analysis.

Appropriate news includes company, customer and partner announcements; new product announcements; product enhancements; research initiatives, etc. Touch base with the PR Team for more information on this important opportunity.
