The OFC/NFOEC management team provides an array of complimentary promotional services as part of its exhibitor PR program. Make the most of your company's participation in the conference by taking advantage of these highly effective, free opportunities.

All exhibiting companies are encouraged to participate! Contact the OFC/NFOEC Public Relations Team now and they will help you identify ways to put your company in the spotlight before, during and after the conference.

Be sure to register your company’s PR contact to ensure that your company doesn’t miss out on any information and new programs. In addition to the below listed services, the PR Team provides ongoing newsletters packed full of valuable information leading up to and during OFC/NFOEC. Listed below are some of the free PR services available to every OFC/NFOEC exhibiting company.

Press Releases and White Papers
Capture the interest of OFC/NFOEC press and analyst participants along with thousands of attendees/Web site visitors by posting your company's press releases and white papers on www.ofcnfoec.org in advance of the conference. Check with the PR team for submission information.

On-Site Press Briefings and Conferences
Be sure to get your new product launch or corporate announcement in the news by holding a press briefing or conducting a press conference at OFC/NFOEC. We offer free rooms and equipment for press conferences, as well as rooms to hold press briefings. Reserve your company's free press conference time slot, room and equipment in advance, so that media and analyst attendees can plan to cover your announcement. Book free rooms to hold private briefings (as available). To arrange your press conference or to book a briefing room, contact the OFC/NFOEC PR Team.

On-Site PR Panel Event
Attend this exhibitor-only event, network with key press and analysts and learn how best to contact them. This panel discussion is designed to aid communications professionals in better working with and pitching stories to the top press and analysts in our industry. Stay tuned for details on date, time and location.

Press Kits
Promote your company and its products to the worldwide press and analyst audience that OFC/NFOEC draws. Be sure to supply the Media Relations with your company's press kit for display in the OFC/NFOEC Press Room. Shipping and quantity details will be posted online under "Media Relations."

Virtual Press Office/Business Wire Partnership
As an added benefit, OFC/NFOEC has partnered with Virtual Press Office (VPO) and Business Wire to provide online press kit posting and wire distribution services for exhibitors (for a nominal fee). The VPO service allows you not only to post complete press kits, with images, graphics, logos, etc., but also will further your reach by proactively distributing your materials to target conference media and providing reports on exactly who has downloaded your information. Business Wire will make your releases available to an enormous audience of reporters who check the stories distributed over the wire for leads. Press Guide
Provide contact information for your PR representative to be distributed in an online and printed press guide to registered media and analysts.  This will enable media to reach you more easily, and will facilitate additional interviews for your company.  To participate, fill out the Communications Contact Registration Form online or contact the OFC/NFOEC PR Team.

First News Program
Participate in the First News program – your opportunity to give press and analysts advance information on your corporate announcements leading up to and during the show. In addition to sending just the news, OFC/NFOEC has partnered with leading technology analysts to review your announcements and provide members of the press with an actual analysis of the industry trends and technologies that will be debuted during the conference. The PR team will then distribute First News to press and analysts to use while writing their pre-show coverage and analysis.

Appropriate news includes company, customer and partner announcements; new product announcements; product enhancements; research initiatives, etc. Touch base with the PR Team for more information on this important opportunity.  

Pre-Registered Press and Analyst List
Contact your target reporters and analysts. The OFC/NFOEC 2007 pre-registered press and analyst list will be available to all exhibitors in January 2007. Registered PR contacts of exhibiting companies (to register visit http://www.ofcnfoec.org/media_center/PR/) will receive the list via email at that time.

PR Toolkit
Use this guide to tailor your communications program for OFC/NFOEC. A complete exhibitor PR Toolkit, including information from tips for briefings and sample press materials to Anaheim event facilities and more, will be sent to you in January.

Exhibitor Conference Call
Ask all of your questions at one time. An exhibitor conference call will be set up to provide you with the opportunity to speak with the entire OFC/NFOEC Management Team regarding any last minute questions you may have. Stay tuned for more information!
