Not enough room in your booth for important meetings? Check out these great options for customer meetings, private demonstrations, hospitality functions, and staff training sessions.
OFC/NFOEC’s Corporate Village
The Corporate Village, located on the show floor, is ideal for extending lengthy booth conversations or hosting confidential customer demonstrations or meetings. For as little as $1400 per day, you can rent a completely furnished office suite on the exhibit floor from the start of the show on Tuesday, March 6 through the close of the show on Thursday, March 8.
Rooms or suites can be rented in 100 sq. ft. increments and can be configured to meet your company’s specific space needs.

Off-Floor Meeting Space
OFC/NFOEC also has a limited number of meeting rooms in the LA Convention Center. These “off the floor” rooms are available at an hourly rate of $200 on a first come first served basis.
- Food & beverage and/or additional A/V will have to be ordered separately from the LA Convention Center.
- Events of greater than 50 people cannot be held during the Technical Sessions. There is some availability of smaller meeting rooms in the convention center.
